Great for bread baking!

I used to use honey when baking my whole wheat bread but the agave nectar works great to feed the yeast and is much easier to work with when measuring ingredients as it pours more easily and doesn't linger in the measuring cup.

This agave is great! It doesn't taste like honey at all, it's just sweet. Agave is about twice as sweet as sugar and you can cook with it.
