I had been drinking soy milk as I am lactose intolerant. I can't drink soy anymore (hypothyroid) so I tried Almond Breeze. What an awesome taste!! I am experimenting with its use but my cereal is so lip smacking good now. Don't hesitate to try this. It is so good for you.

...for people choosing almond milk due to an avoidance of soy, this is NOT a good option since it has soy lecithin in it! ugh! frustrating. i just make my own now (it's super simple). if you aren't avoiding soy and don't care too much about the price and don't want to make your own, this is a good option.

Excellent almond milk. Blue Diamond puts out quality. I have tried different brands but none comes close to this one. This has a nice smooth, rich and creamy taste. I use this for my cereals and an occasional sip.
