Almond butter is much better tasting and healthier than peanut butter. This particular brand is one of my favorites for all their nut butters.

Maranatha's Roasted Creamy Almond Butter is the best nut butter money can buy. It is made from roasted almonds with no added fat or salt to obscure the delicious fresh almond taste. The smooth version spreads beautifully on a whole grain slice of toast for breakfast, and it makes the perfect sandwich filling for lunch away from home. High fiber content and great nutritional balance of 7 g. protein, 16 g fat, and 6 g carbohydrates (including 4 g of fiber) plus 8% of the RDA of calcium and 8% of iron make it almost a meal in itself. My whole family loves this!

This almond butter is pretty good...I find it a little too oily so as soon as I open the jar I pour off the separated oil, and it is great after that. My actual favorite almond butter is Full Circle Organic brand, but you can't buy that online so this is my second choice. Switch to almond butter, you'll soon find that you'll never go back to peanut butter!
