this is the best gluten free product i have found so far.I have celiacs diseaes ,we are a family of 6 my family doesn't even know they are eating gluten free.

I like the large size of this mix; you can keep a lot on hand. Most gluten free mixes don't come in such a large size, and this brand is very good too.

This is the first product that I have found that really is versatile. You can do so much with 1 product instead of having to buy something different for each type of bread or cake. It even worked to replace regular flour in my mom's strudel recipe (very delicate crust)!

I have a condition that doesn't allow me to eat starches or sugar. However - because of the way this is made, I am able to use it to have something sweet from time to time. It has been a life saver for me and it tastes good to boot - so I like to keep plenty of it on hand. It makes great waffles as well as cakes etc.

This stuff taste good as pancakes, but my husband could tell it wasn't that normal pancake taste. But for healthier pancake mix, I do recommend this taste over the other brands at Vitamin Cottage/Natural Grocers.

I have been married 46 years and hubby and I could never like the same pancake mix together. We tried this and we both love it. He now asks for me to have this at least once every 10 days.....I think we had pancakes 10 time in the last 46 years because he didn't like it. And he likes the scones that you can make from this mix..... It is a winner for sure in this family.

I do not know about all of the different types of flour in this product. What I do know is that my husband and I really liked the pancakes that we made with this. They have a nice texture. If you were not told that this was a different type of flour, you would never know it. It is a bit expensive though.
