Out of all the gf breads I have tried this one is by far the most moist of all the gf bread mixes, it also holds together better than any other brand.

This bread was excellent in taste , although I found that it wasn't very fluffy. The bread didn't rise very much while it was sitting. So, it was a much more dense bread, but it was still good.
