I actually like the brown rice flour better. I am on a restricted diet for the gluten free as well as the blood type plan. I am not allowed white rice products.

Excellent for gluten-free baking

Buying this flour in bulk saves me quite a bit of money in my gluten-free baking. By buying in bulk, I'm able to make my own baking mixes, so I only have to get everything out once. It's much cheaper than buying off the shelf mixes.
