This Mayo is not too thin and not too thick. It is just the right consistency. comparing the nutrition facts with regular mayo, canola oil based mayo wins by a landslide. It has less fat and calories than regular mayonnaise. I use it in my tuna all the time.

so far, i haven't been able to find a natural mayo without that tangy taste. this definately has the tang. i bought it once, but never again.

Right consistency, right taste, less fat & more satisfaction of eating mayo and above all it has all the benefits of canola. I tasted this product for the first time a friend's place but now its a must whenever I have sandwhich.

This is the only mayo I use. It mixes well when making your own salad dressing, is great for salads, in sandwiches, on baked salmon. Deviled eggs taste great with this mayo. Also perfect for egg salad sandwich. It's the perfect mayo with good nutrition.
