This bar is naturally sweet and I used to eat one practically everyday. They make a nice on-the-go snack between meals and you get fruit and grains in one.

It's a nice cereal bar, sweet, dry grain on the outside, thick cherry filling in the middle. I plan to buy a lot more of these :) The manufacturer's site has lists of products for vegan, fat free, gluten free, organic, etc at http://www.worldpantry.com/cgi-bin/ncommerce3/ExecMacro/barbarasbakery/specialdiet.d2w/report which I found very helpful. I'm vegan and at time of writing, these Multigrain Cereal Bars are completely vegan!
