A really yummy, crunchy cereal that my family's been eating for years. We like to buy it in the bulk bags (less packaging and waste that way). Heritage Flakes are a really wonderful way to get some of those cool, healthy, less-common grains into your diet (rather than simply constantly eating wheat and corn, corn and wheat...boring!), and they just taste SO GOOD.

This cereal is awesome. The taste is delicious. I have mine with chocolate soy milk and fresh cut fruit! Loaded with vitamins, protein, and fiber, you can't go wrong.

Wow! This cereal offers a great selection of whole grains and not a lot of sugar. They won't get really soggy in 1 minute either. I love to eat the cereal dry too, way better than eating chips.

This is one of the select few organic items I can purchase locally (stationed overseas) I love to add raisins and walnuts for my own twist on raisin bran. Also great without milk for a mid-afternoon snack or mixed with yogurt!
