Combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape into 4 patties and place on a hot grill. Close the lid and reduce heat to medium. Cook approximately 5 minutes on each side, until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Note: Because buffalo meat is leaner than beef, it is important to not over-cook it.
