Ingredients: Aqua (water), polyglucose, coceth-4 and deceth-5 (plant-based cleaning agents), lactic acid (removes mineral deposits), xanthan gum (natural thickener), essential oils and botanical extracts* (citrus aurantifolia (lime), abies balsamea (balsam fir), calilistris columellaris (emerald cypress). *d-limonene is a naturally occurring component of these ingredients.

As effective as those chemical cleaners

Works well, squirt it on and let it sit for a few minutes. Then scrub! The only thing I don't like is the bottle design.

I live in Vermont, but can't get this for this price here in our state! I really like Seventh Generation cleaning products, they are a very high quality product. Plus, Seventh Generation is a true lover of the environment/community and I like to support them.

Pretty good product, reasonable cleaning power

My partner and I agreed it works about as well as any toilet cleaner out there, minus Earth Friendly Products' Kleener (but that product is just exceptional). 7th Gen's toilet cleaner is not too watery, and it is pretty strong. It has a nice minty smell that I like. Plus it's vegan, otherwise I wouldn't use it! I don't like to pay companies to drown rats' lungs in toilet cleaner until half of them die from it (and then kill the other half at the end of the experiment, of course), I just want safe cleaners that work. This is still my #2 choice for super-dirty toilets. It might be all anybody wants for regular use.
