I was macro for years, and got to liking the many flavors of rice. I also tried many different rice crackers, some of which were rather insubstantial and kinda boring. Quinoa and flax bring a well-balanced range of flavors and a good crispy crunch- for those like me who've gotta have crunch - without being hard.

I've been eating a lot of these crackers...marvelously crunchy, has lots of healthy flax, whole grains, etc. I've been putting stuff like olive tapenade, lemon-artichoke pesto, and tabouli on them... they are a great backdrop for other flavors. To me, they are not bland...just difficult to stop eating!
