This is a deoderant you feel good about using. It lasts forever, so I only have to buy one or two a year. But, like most all natural deoderants, it doesn't protect against odor when you'd been exercising vigorously.

Not as good as the solid one

This deodorant is so-so. Prevents odor but is messy and gets on your clothes. Go with the solid crystal stick.
