& does it's job...as best as a NATURAL hunk of mineral salts can. Which means no *covering up* the body odor, just doing a decent job to prevent it--provided you're not hitting the gym & expecting to be stink-free, of course.

I WANTED to love this product: the idea is so simple, so natural. And I tried - over several years, I tried and tried to make Crystal Deodorant work for me, because I really liked the idea of using minerals instead of chemicals. Sixty percent of the time, it worked great. The rest (and these were 'normal' days), I found myself running for a more traditional 'deODORant' ...

My favorite! I've been using this product for years and years. One stick will last you a very long time (years). You will probably drop and break the stone before you use it all up. This is by far the best deodorant I've ever used. So effective. I'm a female and not particularly smelly to begin with, but I've noticed that I can go three days while camping and not showering before I start to smell. Goes on clear, leaves no trace, no marks on your clothes. No scent. It's like it's not even there...except you don't smell! Love it. Also works great on smelly feet. Only complaint is that the applicator/case sometimes gets clogged with crystals, making it difficult to push it up as you use it. Only complaint is

this product does work well but it takes commitment. You have to put it on the second you get out of the shower while your skin is still wet and devote a couple minutes per side applying and making sure you have a good layer on. But once its on correctly, it works surprising well for a rock. :) Like it was mentioned before, there is no white residue, no scent, won't mark up your clothes or anything. It will last awhile if you put it on correctly. My only real complaint is that the container broke so easily. For a product that is supposed to last years and used daily the container should be a little more sturdy...

I found this product to work very well, but after several weeks I developed an allergy. Red painful patches. I would still be using it if it weren't for that.
