A REALLY delicious salad-dressing. Plus, make a quick Soba Noodle Salad by tossing this with cooked soba (or other) noodles, chopped scallions, and a few other veggies like snowpeas, shredded carrots, shredded cabbage, bean sprouts, etc. for super- easy and scrumptious dish. (A few toasted sesame seeds on top makes it even tastier...and pretty too!) Excellent chilled or at room temperature.

I absolutely adore this dressing! I just moved to PA where it's $5 a bottle, and I STILL bought it! It is the one thing that keeps me going back for more and more salads! My daughter was the one that got me "hooked" on it. Love it!!!

I agree with Jill--this is the best dressing. I absolutely love it. It's soo good for dipping raw veggies in. It's very thick, so if I'm going to put it on salad I water it down a little. Absolutely worth the extra calories!

This is by far the greatest vegan dressing I have ever tasted. I use it all the time. My favorite way to use it is to make a salad with vegan chicken strips in have it in a wrap. Mmmmm

This is probably my all-time favorite dressing. It really goes with just about everything - okay maybe not literally, but it is great in salads, stir-fries, and something as simple as peas and carrots over rice. If you love tahini and parsley, buy this product - buy lots of it, because you will run out fast.
