I can't say much, except to warn the reader that you cannot make scrambled eggs with these. For use in cakes and other cooking, where eggs are an ingredient. I was looking for a substitute that would allow me to have scrambled eggs without eggs. There does not seem to be anything acceptable on the market.

This product does work good in muffin and cake mixes. It also even works good for pancakes and waffles. Although you do have to work quickly if you are planning on baking with this. You have to get your finished product into the oven right away or else it wont rise as expected.

Because I'm vegan and my father and I share the same birthday, my mother made her first vegan cake with this. It came out so good that my father said it was the best cake he'd ever had and asked for it again this year!

Its good at binding, yet Id rather stick with using flax seeds or bananas. cheaper easier to come by and less hassle.

Include this in pancakes, waffles, muffins, and baked items rather than using eggs. Works well with spelt flour too.
