As soon as I learned that graham crackers were made from actual graham flour I had to go find some so I could make them myself. It was so much fun, and so much nicer to have complete control over what went into my son's snacks. I learned that graham flour is basically just a little coarser grind of whole wheat flour. Do yourself a favor and go find a recipe for graham crackers and make them with your kids- use cookie cutters to cut out fun shapes with them and make fun designs with the holes you punch with the fork...
