We're a sugar-free household, and baking with liquid sweeteners like maple syrup, rice syrup, and fruit syrup has allowed us an amazing range of subtle and elegant flavors and textures unknown in the refined flour/sweetener world of hyperstimulation. The lightest, most unobtusive of the three syrups mentioned is this one - a mix of pear and peach so fragrant and round a flavor, light and singing along the top of the finished item's flavors.

I make all my apple pies using Wax Orchards Fruit Sweet instead of sugar. The pies come out so tasty. This is a wonderful natural product!

This is one of our favorite sugar-free sweetners. We use this in many of our recipes. Unlike some natural sweetners this does not have a strong or distinctive taste.

Better than sugar

This product is great for sauces, and glazes, and sweetening cold drinks like smoothies because it does not have to dissolve from dry form like sugar. It works great as pancake/waffle/French toast syrup too. We always order a case lot of a dozen jars at a time so we don't run out.
