Important:

• Gift Cards can currently only be purchased online for pickup at the Natural Grocers store in Austin, Texas. More stores may be coming soon!
  

• Cards must be picked up by the individual that you designate on the "Delivery Information" page during online checkout.
  

• Gift Cards can be spent at any Natural Grocers Store, but not for Online purchases.

• You may want to make notes or print these instructions.

Directions to Place a gift card order online

1. Choose any combination of $50 or $100 gift cards and add them to your shopping cart.

2. Click on Checkout. The process is simplified if you just have gift cards and no other products for delivery in your cart.
   
   

3. When you get to the page titled "Delivery Information", enter the contact information for the individual that will be picking up the gift card in Austin, Texas.
   
   

4. If you only have a gift card in your cart it should default to free shipping for the gift card. If it doesn't and you have no other products being shipped, you can choose any type of shipping and it will be removed from your order before we charge your credit/debit card.
   
   

5. On the next page fill out your billing information.
   
   

6. On the final page, "Order Confirmation" you can check to make sure that you have the correct information for the gift card recipient (under Delivery Address) and for billing (under Billing Information).
   
   

7. Click on Confirm Order to place your order.
   
   

8. Your credit/debit card will be charged the next business day and the card will be available for pickup on the second business day after you place your order.

Directions to Pickup a gift card ordered online

1. At the Austin Natural Grocers, just tell any staff member that you are here to pick up an Online Gift Card.
   
   

2. You will be asked to fill out a short form to help the store properly identify you.
   
   

3. You will be asked to provide a Drivers License or other government issued identification.
   
   

4. Once you identity is verified, the store will issue you your new Natural Grocers Gift Card which can be used at any of our store locations.
