This is, by far, the absolute best oatmeal on the planet! It is, also, the only TYPE (i.e. type, not to be confused with brand) of oatmeal recommended by Dr. Barry Sears (steel cut, slow cook) for "The Zone Diet". In fact, steel cut, slow cook oatmeal is so much better for us than the other types of oatmeal out on the market today. This is, the quintessential oatmeal our grandmothers, great grandmothers, and past generations cooked. Absolutely the best oatmeal I've tried! Definitely 5 stars!

I love this oatmeal. It takes a bit longer to cook but its worth it. Excellent with blueberries and cinnamon!
