Maple Spiced Pecans

Enjoy this recipe from Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage.

1/2 tsp coconut oil
2 cups raw pecans
4 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp each ground nutmeg and ground cloves
1/4 tsp sea salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease baking sheet with coconut oil. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Spread mixture on prepared baking sheet and bake 10 minutes. Stir nuts then bake another 10 minutes. Transfer to a plate to cool before serving.
