Mild enough for baking, flavorful enough for salads or dipping bread. It's mild enough also to use variously in cooking: I mix in a bit of liquid lecithin and a cap of vitamin E into each bottle and spread it on skillets when pan-cooking (fish, veggies, pancakes) or for oiling baking pans. Lecithin keeps foods from sticking so easily - easier cleanup; E helps prevent rancidity in oils.

This oliver oil has a great flavor. It does not overpower the food. I love to use olive oil because it is so healthy. I love Spectrum products because they are known for making very healthy products. Just a great product.

This olive oil is fantastic. I use it for absolutely everything! I don't even keep other types of oil in the house, because I can use this for baking, grilling, marinating, and sauteing. I definitely take advantage of the hotline specials and buy several of them to last during the months when they are not on sale. Love it!
