This makes a great breakfast alternative to oatmeal. i cook it with some dried fruit, add milk and honey, and YUM! Hubby and I eat this every morning like this for 3 years and we are happy with it's taste. It may take a little longer to cook but well worth it. If your morning is busy, just cook the night before and warm it up in the morning - just as good.

I am gluten intolerant and I have been eating quinoa for breakfast for years. This is a great product with excellent flavor. There's only a few other places that offer it in 25 pound bags and this is the lowest price. I soak the grains overnight then rinse in the morning before cooking to make it even easier to digest.

This is the most wonderful food. It is a complete protein and is so versitile. It is fast cooking too. Use for breakfast like you would oatmeal. And use it as a side dish like rice. I love mixing in chicken or vegie broth with nuts and vegies. Every time I have served this for guest they love it and go back for seconds.
