Makes Awesome Pancakes!

One of our family members has a wheat intolerance. This product makes pancakes that cannot be distinguished from a homemade wheat mixture. It taste like traditional pancakes, looks like traditional pancakes and cooks like traditional pancakes. Excellent product.

Better than "they're not bad"

Many products are "not bad." But I'm always looking for something that's "great," and Pamela's baking mix is great. I made the chocolate chip cookies using espresso and white chocolate chips, and subbing coconut oil for butter. The cookies got rave reviews from everyone. Thanks Pamela for taking gluten-free food to the highest praise level!!

I use this for fried shrimp and chicken fried steak! It is great! I also make the biscuits using butter (instead of shortening) and coconut milk instead of regular milk - yummy!
