Dairy Substitutes


We actually don't call them dairy substitutes.  They just are what they are: foods made directly from plants which contain particularly high nutritional profiles. 



We carry a wide selection of yogurts and cheeses made from vegetarian sources like almond, rice, coconut, hemp and soy.   You will also find tempeh, tofu and seitan in the refrigerated 'dairy' section.  We stock full cases of shelf-stable almond, soy, and other non-dairy milks to support the needs of customers with non-dairy special diets.



As with all our food products, our dairy lines do not contain artificial colors, flavors, preservatives and other chemical treatments that may be injurious to health.  We strive to offer a broad range of choices, with an emphasis on organic.
