Promotions with entry forms and random selection

Vitamin Cottage Natural Food Markets, Inc. (VCNFM) from time to time gives away products, prizes, and promotional items (“Giveaway Items”) by way of free entries and/or randomly selected recipients. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter. To receive a Giveaway Item based on random selection of an entry, the recipient may be required to be present at the time selection is made. If so, if the selected entrant is not present, the Giveaway Item will be awarded immediately to the next qualified selected entrant. Giveaway items are limited to supply on hand. No rainchecks or substitutions. Some selected entrants may not receive award due to lack of supply. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. By participating, recipient acknowledges and agrees that neither VCNFM Inc. or its employees or vendors assume any liability in any form for the use, assumed value, consequences of use, or any other liability associated with the Giveaway Item. Giveaway Items have no cash value and cannot be returned for store credit. Recipient further agrees that VCNG is the sole judge of all rules and its decisions are final. Posted rules are subject to change at any time. Promotion may be changed, cancelled, or postponed at any time. Employees and family members of employees of VCNFM are not eligible to enter. In some instances, prizes must be claimed by an adult minimum 18 years of age and release of liability signed.

No rainchecks or substitutions. Some eligible customers may not receive Giveaway Items due to lack of supply. Appropriate tax will be collected from customer at time of giveaway. Recipient acknowledges and agrees by participating that neither VCNFM Inc. or its employees or vendors assume any liability in any form for the use, assumed value, consequences of use, or any other liability associated with the Giveaway Item. Giveaway items have no cash value and cannot be returned for store credit. Recipient further agrees that VCNFM is the sole judge of all rules and its decisions are final. Some free promotional offers require a minimum store merchandise purchase. Each offer is good while supply lasts. Void where prohibited.
