Quinoa is relatively new to American cookery, but well worth incorporating. It has a pleasing texture, doesn't take long to cook. and is loaded with nutrition. It contains all essential amino acids, which is unusual for a grain. Seek out some quinoa recipes and give it a try!

if you make this and add frozen peas you have the perfect meal. it's so healthy too because it's a whole grain!
