Excellent hearty and healthy rice! I love this rice. It's definitely a change from your ordinary white rice, and it may take a little getting used to it. But now that I've found this rice, I won't be going back to the regular old white stuff. For something even more out of the ordinary, try cooking this rice in broth instead of water. Good stuff!

I use this product with all kinds of dishes; in soups, with beans and rice, as a side dish. Lately, I can't fine this particular product in Houston stores. Glad I found it here.
