What is RSS? RSS is an abbreviation for Really Simple Syndication. It is a method for distributing
updated news headlines and summaries throughout the internet. Many news-related
sites, weblogs, or other online publishers syndicate their content as an RSS
Feed. How can I use RSS Feeds? So an RSS feed is packed with updated information. Now what?
You might notice a
graphic within our health articles. That means
that a RSS news feed is available containing a list of other related content.
We make it really easy for you to either add this updated feed to your Google
or MyYahoo homepage, or receive the latest related information in your RSS Reader
-- just click on the RSS feed graphic and choose where you want the updated information to
appear.
So if you are interested in a particular health subject (like Diet or Cancer)
you can subscribe to a feed for that topic and whenever we post new content
about that subject you'll be the first to know as your dynamic news feed is
updated. You can also subscribe for favorite authors or information sources
(like the Health Hotline) and only receive news feed updates when from that
source. A list of available feeds is above.
How can I add your health content to my own website? Articles may not be reprinted without permission, but you can display automatically
updating health headlines and article summaries for various categories using
our news feeds. It's free dynamic content for your website. Learn
how. If you have your own site, you can receive free groceries by linking to us.
