Our bulk food is sold in pre-packed sealed bags to help prevent spoilage and contamination while in transit and in our stores.  Most nuts, flours, and candy are also kept refrigerated.  We sell 300+ bulk food products plus a wide selection of bulk herbs, spices, and teas.  The reason for our bulk program is to sell you staple foods and the lowest possible price.  Since there is no branding, marketing, or promotional expense for our bulk program, we can sell these products at very affordable prices.  View and print our USDA Organic certicates here (PDF).  

Bagged Bulk Foods.  We do not sell from open bins for sanitary reasons.  If you have ever watched what happens in, over and around these open bulk bins in other stores, you know what we mean.  We operate our own repackaging plant so we can bag bulk food cost-efficiently and still give you great prices -- and safe product.

Large Orders.  We are happy to order large containers of bulk foods for you.  Larger amounts are helpful for charity groups, group homes, test kitchens, emergency and survival supplies, and just plain stocking up.  Just let your local store know what you need and when.  You can pick up your order at the store with no added delivery charges or have it sent via UPS to any address.  Most special order bulk containers are sold at a discount off the regular retail price. 

Special Orders.  We have access to many more foods that we can possibly stock in our retail stores.  Please let us know if you are looking for something different; we most like can have it ready for pick up at your local store within a few days.
