We want you to be happy and satisfied with the products that you buy from us. Our goal is to provide customers with the highest quality all-natural products available at the very best prices -- every day. Our products are purchased from reputable sources, and are inspected for safety, quality and freshness upon receipt and during packaging and storage. 

 

Returns

Please inspect your order immediately when received.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us, please contact us within ten days of receipt so we may efficiently determine how to make things right.

 

  • Please call or email us before attempting to return any item.  Returns that are not expected may result in lost packages or delays in processing.

 

  • If a refund or adjustment is necessary, it will be processed to the same credit/debit card used for the original order. If the original debit/credit card is no longer active, the refund will be made by check paid to the original purchaser. Refunds for orders that were paid for by check will be issued by check. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

 

Product that arrives damaged.

Check each item in your shipment carefully and report any damage to the carrier immediately.  Please contact us immediately if your product arrives damaged. We have many years’ experience packing and shipping food products.  However, our efforts are not always sufficient to protect orders from damage while in transit. We cannot take responsibility for products damaged in transit, but we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. 

 

We do not accept returns on large 10 lb to 100 lb bags and cartons. The cost to package and ship back a large bulk food carton or bag is often too high relative to its value.  Returns and adjustments are only allowed if we shipped the wrong product in error or if the product is determined by us to be unusable. If you are not sure about a product, consider purchasing a small bag of sample product prior to ordering a large quantity.

 

Store Returns

If you need to return an item purchased at one of our stores, please contact your local Natural Grocers here. Sorry, it not possible to return items purchased online to our bricks-and-mortar stores.
