Our online store offers almost all of the products that we sell in our stores. (Minus the fresh produce and refrigerated or frozen products because those, frankly, just don't travel well for long periods of time.)

We're happy to help you place your order online for delivery to your home...or to the home of a friend or loved one. There are many people who have a difficult time getting into one of our stores.  They may be in very poor health, have no access to transportation, or just don't live near a grocer that offers a large selection of healthy food, quality dietary supplements, and safe body care products.  For these customers, we maintain an online store that offers almost all of the products of our bricks-and-mortar locations. 

Most prices are similar to those in the stores; the exceptions are hard-to-ship items, wich usually have a surcharge included in the price, and some clearance and sale items.  You may also use our online store to browse our product selection to prepare your shopping list before coming into the store. If you see a hard-to-find product you want, be sure to call ahead to make sure your local store has it in stock (or to ask them to special order it for you).  The mail order / catalog desk  will happily help you place an order online for delivery to your home or to friend of loved one.  US Postal Service or United Parcel Service shipping required.
