If I was told I could only have one tea in my cupboard, this would be the one! This tea has a licorice flavor to it, and when mixed with 1/4 tsp. of cinnamon, and 1 TBS. of honey, has the absolute best effect on an upset stomach, and tastes good too! For those who dislike the flavor of licorice, then I would not recommend this to you unless you can manage the flavor by adding honey and cinnamon to it. However, if you can, this is magnificent. I'm not sure what it is about this tea, but the combination of adding honey and cinnamon to this tea work absolute wonders, especially when you have the type gas that doubles you over in pain and just sits on your stomach and doesn't move. Honey and cinnamon mixed in water alone is a great combo for upset stomach/ gas, but when this tea is added to the mix, it absolutely works wonders! The tea alone is great, but trust me; add honey and cinnamon when you are in serious pain due to gas or nausea. One of the best products I've come across! Always in my cupboard!
