Earthy, Tasty Treat

I was recently completed an elimination diet, to test for food sensitivities. No flour, sugar, soy, dairy ... you get the idea. These nut-and-rice-based crackers were one of my go-to snacks. They have an earthy, nutty taste. You know how some wheat-free crackers are so 'natural' that they taste like seaweed or twigs? Not these! They are very crisp, and hold up well to dips and spreads (hummus, etc). The serving size is generous - 16 crackers have 130 calories.

A Great Wheat Free Cracker

I am allergic to regular wheat crackers so when I found Nut-Thins I was very excited. I have tried all of the flavors that they make. The Pecan is by far the absolute best. When I have a family get together and I serve these...everyone always raves about them. They are very hard to stop eating. Just make sure if you don't finish a bag in one use, put the remainder in a ziplop baggy to prevent them from going stale.

...and yum, what a tasty snack! By far the best cracker I've come across since discovering I have food allergies. Delicious flavors--the pecan reminds me a little bit like the taste of Bugles. Very crunchy, and very hard to not eat the whole box in one day but they're low in fat and calories so it's ok!
