I've never liked vinaigrette dressings before, but a while back I discovered this Shiitake and Sesame dressing, and I'm hooked. I like it because it isn't too sweet; in fact, it doesn't have any added sweetener. Hard to describe the flavor, but it's the only vinaigrette I've ever liked!
