Natural Grocers hosts many exciting and educational events throughout the year, including seminars, cooking demonstrations and health fairs.

These events are a great way to learn very interesting nutrition information in person. And there's always an opportunity to ask questions and get clarification form the experts who are giving the presentation.

The main focus is on helping you understand how your body works and how to live healthy. The events are always free and last about an hour, which means they're faster than reading a book!
