I also participated in a study at the University of Colorado Denver School of Medicine in their nutrition department where I helped implement a nutrition program for 2-5 year olds to educate them on healthy eating and decrease food neophobia as well as participating in research to decrease obesity and increase education in poverty stricken areas. I recently created a business with my partner Christine called Sustenance Solutions which focuses on helping individuals live better with food allergies and sensitivities and we recently added a personalized weight loss program to help individuals with their weight loss goals using a number of modalities and avenues including but not limited to Acupuncture, herbal consult, personalized diet plan and group and private therapy sessions.  I also work as an employee of Natural Grocers in the supplements department.
