Audrey Hoffa, MA

Audrey is a middle school science teacher who received her B.S. in Biology from Metropolitan State University and her Master’s in teaching from University of Denver.  Currently, she is co-leader of her school’s wellness team, an integral part of which is the creation of a school community garden.  Audrey loves growing vegetables from seed and deeply appreciates the science behind the process that allows that to occur.  She is currently taking classes through Denver Urban Garden’s Master Community Garden program.  In her spare time Audrey loves being outdoors on her mountain bike in the Rocky Mountains.
