Attended the International Culinary Schools at the Art Institute of Denver. I am currently the chef at The Kitchen/Meals on Wheels in Wichita Falls Texas. I am a single father of a soon to be two year daughter. I enjoy cooking, basting, broiling, frying, grilling, fileting, sauteing, seasoning, baking, whipping, spicing, slicing, dicing, icing and anything that has to do with food.
