Carrie G Pattison

Born and raised in rural Alaska, Carrie has spent her life traveling the world. She has first hand knowledge of how relevant natural therapies are to effective and sustainable health practices for the world's population.  This led her to National University of Natural Medicine, where her formal education pared well with the Western herbalism educational opportunities the PNW provided.  She now travels as the National Educator for WishGarden Herbs, and is an Adjunct Professor of Herbal Studies for Huntington University of Health Sciences.  Carrie is also a trained home-birth midwife, has a Certificate in Homeopathy and is a certified Acu-Detox Specialist. She has BAs in Political Science and International Studies, a Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine, and maintains a small practice devoted to working with marginalized and medically complicated populations.
