Chef Claudia, pastry instructor, teaches Advanced Pastry Shop, Fundamentals of Baking, and Breads and Rolls, demonstrating various recipes and techniques, as well as other subjects ranging from entry level cooking to European desserts.     She is the business owner of Fillingood Bakery, catering artistic desserts to special events to include weddings, birthdays, etc. and also providing private professional cooking classes.
