Chef Norma Reni

Chef Norma was working in the transportation and logistics industry when she realized that she shared a loved for food with her mother, a professional chef. She wanted to start a business to help working families answer the  daily "What’s for dinner?" question, so she contacted the United States Personal Chef Association in Rio Rancho, N.M., originators of the personal chef concept.  She studied and trained there before going into business for herself.  Chef Norma has been a Chef at a local store In the last 13 years Chef Norma has been a chef in a local store,  has taught culinary classes at several venues on a regular basis for the past 8 years. She has enjoyed helping her clients learn tips and tricks to make their time in the kitchen more fun and likes  sharing her love of food with them and new ways to prepare foods that might be quicker or different than they have previously tried.
