Christopher Holden, Chef

Christopher Holden is a classically trained chef and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. His relationship with food is one of extreme passion and enthusiasm, which is reflected in his cuisine daily. Chris’ culinary experience began at a very young age in the elaborate gardens of his French grandparents.This would be his introduction to the symbiotic relationship between farm, forest and table, the foundations of gastronomy. Chris continues to evolve and refine his cuisine from the NYC fine dining scene to the highest levels of nutrition, ingredient sourcing, and personal transformation. He currently bridges the gap between classical technique and the modern day advancements in the fields of health and longevity. Chris currently works personally with clients to execute world class events where he is able to fully utilize his skill set in creating memorable and unique "a la minute" dining experiences.
