For over a decade, Cindy Newland has been inspiring a passion for wellness in thousands of people through her presentations, health coaching, yoga classes, wellness retreats and now with the release of her new book, Small Bites, Big Results: A Common Sense Guide to Weight Loss. Fourteen years ago, she suffered a back injury leading her to the realization that she needed to start caring for her body. Eager for change, she started moving more and intentionally eating.  Cindy began losing weight and had more energy.  Since that pivotal moment she has lost 125 lbs... and has kept it off for over ten years!  Her life, as well as career dramatically changed when she lost the weight. She became a certified personal trainer, a registered yoga teacher, a health coach, and an author in Independence, MO.
