Danielle Brittian

Danielle, along with her husband Brett, opened Kansas' first gluten-free bakery.   Danielle went gluten free at the suggestion of her doctor. She quickly learned that Wichita did not have many options available to satisfy a sweet tooth. Her husband suggested that she start a business selling GF baked goods from their home. That home business quickly expanded to a big business with a storefront. Cravings Gluten Free Bakery has been open in Clifton Square since November 2013. Customers are surprised to learn that Danielle's formal training is actually in cosmetology, not baking.  The love of baking, a knack for flavors and awesome teammates take GF food to the next level.
