Darlene DeSanto

When Darlene found out she couldn’t eat wheat, it was difficult for her. It was challenging to find anything that was fresh and gluten free. Most people didn’t seem to understand how much work it is to eat and cook without wheat.  Wheat products are in so many foods.  Darlene was lucky that she liked to cook and bake!        She now owns Day’s Bakery, open for business the last 8 years.  Darlene enjoys making people happy and excited about eating gluten-free foods. Her business is always growing and she loves to experiment with new recipes. “My goal is to create top-quality wheat and gluten-free baked goods that everyone will enjoy.  I am licensed and a food manager with a commercial gluten-free kitchen that is Utah state approved.”
