Dena James, MAT, PhD

Much of my training in the kitchen began in my mother's kitchen. As mother of my own 4 children, I have come to find the kitchen is my sanctuary. I love creating food from all over the world and constantly learning new foods to prepare and bake. I am also a vegetable gardener, have a brood of 11 laying hens, and still have 3 teenagers at home. I have taught elementary school through university and look forward to sharing my love of the kitchen and my love of food with others.
