Dr. Gina Jansheski, MD, FAAP

Dr. Jansheski attended medical school at the University of Arizona while raising her three sons. After completing her pediatric residency at the U of A in Tucson, she did a one-year fellowship in Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics at Colorado Children’s Hospital in Denver, CO. Subsequently, Dr. Jansheski became Director of the Tucson Pediatric Hospitals at TMC. She then pursued post graduate training in Palliative Care and became the Director of Peppi’s House Pediatric Hospice. For the last five years, she has served as the Medical Director of The Painted Turtle in California, one of the Paul Newman camps for children with chronic illness. Dr. Jansheski is board certified in Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. As a vegan physician, she has a strong interest in applying the practical aspects of nutrition in pediatric care and development. She has been working with TLC Pediatrics on a part-time basis since March 2015.
