Emilie Lazenby, MS

For the last ten years, Emilie has traveled the world as a performance psychology facilitator with the USMA at West Point, Department of Defense, and University of Pennsylvania. Through her travels and bottomless appetite for new culinary adventures, inspiration struck in the form of her home cooking school, A Great Thyme. What was first an attempt to remember all that she was tasting and learning on her travels has become a place to share her passions for teaching, cooking, and food. Emilie has a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Nutrition Science from the University of Rochester, a Masters degree in Sport + Performance Psychology from Barry University, and is currently enrolled in Cook Street School of Culinary Arts in Denver. As an independent contractor and owner of A Great Thyme, she welcomes you to her fun and interactive classes where recipes are shared from uniquely charming cultures around the world.
