Seth Aubuchon

Seth graduated from culinary school at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Healing in NYC 2005.  He was disappointed with the Standard American Diet and decided that he didn't want to be on anti-depressants and anti-anxiety medication anymore.  He learned alot about how to heal his body naturally by incorporating Ayurvedic, Macrobiotic and Chinese Medicine principals and practices.  Some of his primary focuses when writing menu's and recipes for private chef clients is to include nutrient-dense foods, elimination of processsed foods, and focusing on sustainable and locally sourced foods.
